Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional attitude
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms
  • Assist with administrative duties as required
